Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent (10+2+3) (B.E / B.tech only from EEE or Non IT are applicable)
• Age : Up to 38 Years

Minimum Experience: if an Undergraduate- 12 months experience with a Voice process in a BPO
Operational experience in handling difficult customers and customer issues
Knowledge and experience with international voice process.

12 months:14,729 pm
